
PPT Trainer: Leigh
I have been a part-time trainer with PPT for three years training
clients 14 years to 70 years old. I became involved in personal
training because of my passion for competitive sports and health
& fitness, and the ability to positively impact my clients'
quality of life. My goal as a trainer is to help my clients safely
achieve their personal health and fitness goals through various
training methods that are designed specifically for each individual.
Additionally, I strive to motivate my clients to make health and
fitness a priority in their lives.
My hobbies include running 5ks - marathons and UNC Athletics. I ran
track and cross-country for UNC all 4 years of my college career. I
have volunteered in the community with the Mothers of Preschoolers
(MOPS), Catonsville Stars Youth Cheerleading program, Mothers Day Out
of Westchester and Crossroads Church Sunday school programs.
Prior to personal fitness training, I was a pharmaceutical sales
representative for 9 years. Originally from NC, I now reside in
Catonsville, MD with my husband, 2 children (5yrs and 2 yrs) and 2
dogs.
